The FY2026 Star Controls Annual Meeting, also known as the 29th Anniversary Celebration of Star Controls, was successfully held on September 26th. The theme of this annual meeting was "RISE AND REINVENT", symbolizing a new beginning and a renewed journey.

During the morning meeting, Patrick Lim, the president of Star Controls, stated in his keynote speech that although the FY2025 business was full of challenges, we withstood the test. Only by constantly innovating ourselves and finding a new path of development amidst changes can Star Controls’ colleagues achieve a new journey of sustainable development.

In FY2025, we successfully launched our "Service APP" and "VCS" systems, strengthening our service execution and management capabilities and enhancing the quality and efficiency of our service. In the new year, we will continue to advance digitalization, deeply cultivate our Six Capabilities, and explore the depth and breadth of the industry to achieve innovative development and become a full-lifecycle partner for industrial users. 

Subsequently, each department summarized the work content of FY2025 in turn and looked forward to the work plan for FY2026. 

After the tense and serious meeting, in the evening, we have a "summer party". Everyone wore cool summer attire, unloaded their stress and relaxed their mood. The song "Spring Flowers Will Bloom" kicked off the entire evening. Performances such as "We are Family" and love song duets took turns on stage, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere.

The cheerleading performance, prepared by each department, served as a boost for the evening's highlight event——the selection of "Beach Babes". After a fierce competition, the Pre-sales department's candidate emerged victorious, while the cheerleading champion title went to the Operation department.

A total of 24 awards were presented at this evening party to recognize the outstanding contributions of teams and individuals from each department. The development of the company is inseparable from the contributions of our people, and every employee is a valuable asset to the company. It is the dedication of every employee that has become the driving force behind Star Controls’ continuous development.

Looking back on FY2025, our company's business has risen to challenges and shown steady improvement. We are confident that we will RISE AND REINVENT in FY2026, embarking on a new journey.
